Registration step by step
You can apply for RCCI membership either as an individual – especially if you don't yet have a Business Registration Number (BRN) or wish to personally support the Chamber's initiatives – or as a representative of a business entity you own, manage, or represent.

Becoming a member of RCCI is easy and is completed in three straightforward registration steps explained below:

Step 1 – Personal details
The first step applies to both personal and corporate memberships. Please provide your title, first name, last name, email address, and mobile number.
To complete the first step you select whether you apply for personal or for corporate membership. The input required for the next page will depend on your selection. Here you have chosen “Corporate membership”.
Step 2 – Corporate details
In this step, corporate applicants must provide the business name, position held, and industry sector. Please also provide your business address in Rodrigues, your head office address (if different) and your postal address (if different).
Your BRN, VAT No., turnover and the number of employees in Rodrigues will complete your corporate details. Your website URL and Facebook ID will help us to make you known to other members and the public. Here is a summary of the fields you need to fill in this step of the registration process:

Step 3 – Dues and commitments
In the final step, you will determine the criteria for calculating your membership dues and affirm your commitment to RCCI's values and mission.
The fee structure of corporate membership is composed of a monthly membership fee, an initial entrance fee, or an optional one-time support membership fee in lieu of the entrance fee. See the tables below.
Membership fees vary based on the business’s age and place of incorporation. Mauritian companies operating in Rodrigues pay slightly higher monthly and entrance fees than Rodriguan-registered businesses. Additionally, older businesses pay slightly higher fees than younger ones. Consequently, you are requested to specify the year and place of incorporation of your business.
Monthly fees are payable for a minimum of six months. Opting for annual payment qualifies you for a 5% early payment discount.
A start-up and mentorship discount of 50% of the first year’s fees applies if at the time of this RCCI membership application, your business is less than one year old and you have submitted a start-up support or a mentorship application. For businesses incorporated in Rodrigues:

Support contributions allow you to make a special one-time donation in lieu of the entrance fee and obtain a special status recognising your support and commitment to the RCCI.

As you make the different selections, the system will calculate your total dues and the details of the calculation are displayed for your information.
Acceptance notification and payment link
By checking the acknowledgment box, you approve the calculated dues and agree to settle the amount within ten days of receiving notification from RCCI’s Managing Council that your membership application has been approved.
That’s it, your application is complete. Before submitting, please confirm that:
- You are authorized to bind your corporation to RCCI membership and that -
- Corporate members are responsible for charges incurred by their designated representatives.
By ticking the appropriate checkboxes, you also agree to abide by RCCI’s Constitution and By-laws and acknowledge that you have reviewed and approve RCCI’s Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy.
